Never Miss a Call

Every ringing phone forces a choice. The restaurant floor is full and your host is mid-service. The stylist has colour on a client's hair. The accommodation manager is still in the office at 9pm, taking one more booking. Someone has to answer, but no one can.

Your AI agent answers every call. It takes reservations, checks availability and confirms bookings, so your team can stay with the people in front of them. Tables get managed without the phone cutting through peak service. Clients aren't left waiting mid-appointment. And for accommodation providers, the office hours end when you say they do. Late enquiries, weekend calls and last-minute availability checks are all handled without you sitting by the desk. The booking still gets made. You're just not the one making it. It's the cover of another staff member, at a fraction of the cost.

Hi, do you have a table for 4 this Saturday around 7pm?
Hi there! Let me check for you. Saturday the 5th, party of 4 at 7:00 — unfortunately we’re fully booked at that time. I do have 6:30 or 8:15 available. Would either work?
8:15 is a bit late. Could we do 6:30?
Absolutely. Can I take a name and contact number for the booking?
Sarah Whitfield, 021 445 0912.
Thank you. Any allergies or dietary requirements I should note?
One of us is vegetarian, and my friend is gluten-free.
Noted — I’ll flag that for the kitchen. Is this a special occasion at all?
It’s my mum’s birthday actually.
Lovely, I’ll make a note. All booked: Saturday 5th, 6:30pm, table for 4 under Sarah. We hold tables for 15 minutes, so just drop us a message if you’re running late. See you Saturday!
Perfect, thank you!

Hi, I’m looking for a room for two nights in October.
Hi there! Happy to help. Which dates were you thinking, and how many guests?
17th to the 19th, just me and my partner.
Let me check availability. We’ve got a Double Room at £120 per night, or a Deluxe Double with a garden view at £155 per night. Both include breakfast.
What’s the difference besides the view?
The Deluxe is a bit larger, has a seating area and a bath as well as a shower. The standard Double has a shower only.
We’ll go for the standard Double then.
Great — two nights, 17th to 19th October, £240 total. Can I take a name and email address for the booking?
Tom Bradley, tom.bradley@email.com.
Thank you. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is 11am. Will you be arriving by car? We have limited on-site parking I can reserve for you.
Yes please, that’d be great. Also, is there a late check-in option? We might not get there until 9pm.
No problem at all — reception is staffed until 11pm, so 9pm is fine. I’ll note the late arrival and reserve a parking space.
Perfect.
All confirmed: Double Room, 17–19 October, two guests, parking reserved, late arrival noted. I’ve sent a confirmation email to tom.bradley@email.com. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Anything else I can help with?
No that’s everything, thanks!

Handling the Booking

Answering the call is only half of it. Your agent takes the details the same way a good staff member would: who's calling, what they need, when they need it. Service type and duration for a salon. Party size, table preference and any allergies for a restaurant. Room type, dates and arrival time for accommodation. It asks the follow-up questions your team would ask, then writes the booking straight into your system, correctly formatted and ready to go.

It can answer the questions that come with the booking, too. What's on the menu tonight, and what the kitchen can do for a dairy allergy. How long a service takes, what it costs, and which products you use. Where to eat near the property, what's worth doing on a wet Tuesday, and what time check-in runs until. Whatever your team knows, your agent can know as well.

Booking Confirmed

The moment the call ends, the confirmation goes out. Your customer gets the details in writing: their name, the number they called from, and exactly what's been booked — the service and time, the room and dates, or the table, the party size and the allergy note the kitchen needs. Nothing left to memory on either side. Mistakes get spotted before they become a no-show or an awkward arrival.
